Blackberry error: Organize your Meteor application. #1511

One of my users is getting the message of death: "Organize your Meteor application." each time he loads the site on his phone. He's running on a Blackberry so I'm guessing this is the issue. Anyone know about this or why it would happen?

I am also getting reports of one of our users getting this on a Nokia Lumia 520 running Windows 8, but as of yet I can't reproduce in an emulator and don't have access to the user's mobile.
