Support for Wraith/Cinder dice #211

Sundered Isles introduced an optional rule where you can treat your challenge dice as Wraith and Cinder dice, and color your thematic outcomes based on their roll results.

Adding support for this is as easy as adding a twin-fates mechanics node, with wraith and cinder arguments, as well as a command to roll this.

This might be a matter of just allowing separate color configuration for individual challenge dice, rather than have some "first-class" support for it. It's literally just differently-colored challenge dice and that's it, according to the rulebook (and Shawn)
