Automated multiplayer session management #363

The Obsidian Self-hosted LiveSync plugin supports multiple databases per server, and I think we could do a thing where we host a server ourselves and let Iron Vault players use that to run their multiplayer games.

I think we could go as far as saying "if you have the LiveSync plugin installed, press this button and we'll start a multiplayer session for you".
