Submit Iron Vault to official community Obsidian plugins #51

We can probably submit the plugin to Obsidian for official inclusion now, even in its current state: https://docs.obsidian.md/Plugins/Releasing/Submit+your+plugin

We'll want to make sure we're following the submission requirements and all the plugin guidelines
