Making whisper instructions visible #412

At 0.4.6 tag, at least, only the

portion of the instructions here are visible. I commented out the part that doesn't display anyway, and put equivalent info into the dl.

The code is approved, but: we dont use the master branch anymore, but the develop branch. We keep the master branch for production, and develop for development and testing. Please make a new pull request to the develop branch.
