How to connect to gtalk on company url

How do I configure vim chat to connect to my acount@company.com gtalks.

I want to vimchat use gtalk protocol even if it doesn't end with @gmail.com

I don't believe this is possible anymore since google has phased out XMPP/jabber from gtalk and have moved to the google hangouts thing.

I though there's was an alias account. I thought you could translate account@company.com to account+company.com@gmail.com or something.......

If you're correct it's a pitty

there's someone that made this feature posible, but I don't if it's helpfull or not, still you can take a look
