use a button that's the same size as the GitHub buttons #1

This would require changes in Gittip, right? It'd be great if it looked like "just another GitHub button" but it was green.

Specifically in the code that generates the button. I used the example html from my profile page to create the html that gets injected into the github page. If you provide updated html, I can easily merge that code in.
