I am not even remotely familiar with licensing and repos, but after the merge of dpservice-cli, dpservice-go and dpdk-prometheus-exporter repositories, there are multiple LICENSE files and other stuff previously used in "root" of a repo".
From an outside perspective this now seems like it should be brought in line or at least mention the fractured licensing in the root of this repository?
There are other files like README, CODEOWNERS, etc. that could maybe be removed also as they seem to be intended to be root, but I am asking for a suggestion from somebody more experienced in this.
