Before first boot: prepare the BMC with some custom options like:

delete all boot options from BIOS, but IPv6 PXE boot
delete all users, but the default one
on Lenovo: disable crappy USB Ethernet adapter, which causes issues with system-networkd marking the network too early as "online"
