Add an icon and splash screen to be more like a normal app.

For bonus points use a Lottie animation instead of a png. 😁

Create a satic splash screen in the platform project, either plain colour or an image of the start of the animation. Would be nice to be able to change the background colour to match the theme.
Create a SplashScreenPage in the Forms project that looks identical but includes the Lottie animation. Any pre-launch setup or download tasks are performed here while the animation plays.
When the tasks are complete navigate to the MainPage. How when using Shell? SplashScreenPage must not be in the navigation stack after navigating to MainPage.
