[ Development ] Create Tutorial 6: Engineering a Solution

Summary: I would like to build a new tutorial which contain information on a general approach on how to solve a data science problem like the one in Ironhacks. Topics will include "Requirements engineering", "Design flow", "Feature Engineering", "Data Analysis", "Researching models", and "Developing a model".

Tasks:

• [x] Create Section on Requirements Engineering and how to break down the challenge
• [x] Create Section on Design Flow and how to create general diagram of how the notebook should operate
• [x] Create Section on Feature Engineering, which goes into how you should look at the data and use the tools to study it
• [x] Create Section on Data Analysis and how that ties into modeling
• [x] Create Section on Researching models and propose a few to start with (Recommendations would usually fit in here)
• [x] Create Section on Developing a model and code snippets from public repos should work well here
