PR to merge new tutorials folder for Spring 2021 #11

The initial commit here will be for the folder creation and the start of the new tutorial 6 file. I'll be adding commits to this PR. So do NOT merge this Pull Request yet. I'm tying this PR to the related issue so that it automatically completes after the merge. I'll be putting updates in the PR until I get done. I'll convert it out of the draft after I've completed it

@ERThompson765 This is ready to review for you. I still need to include links from the DataMine online textbook to include them as a partner. But this should give a really good intro on how to develop a model.
