This PR is for Tutorial 7 which includes the markdown and Jupyter Notebook for tutorial. This should give participants a good intro into how the create a Regression model and a example notebook on how to create a model, using some tutorial data from the problem.

@ERThompson765 @jialincheoh The markdown for Tutorial 7 is ready for review for tonight. I'm still working on the associated Jupyter Notebook though. I only made the file for now.
