[Development] Reworking Tutorials

Abstract: Need to update the tutorial material to be more straight forward and refreshed.

Summary: We want to rework the tutorials to be more updated for the students using them. We want to make the content easier to follow and more direct to the point to reduce the barrier of entry for the challenge. We also want to have participants putting more code in rather than having to read, so that they can work on the challenge more than understanding how to use the platform.

• Reworking language of markdowns
• Look at new public datasets to refresh the notebooks and show different functions

• Be sure to include a basic statistics tutorial
  • Be sure to show external resources

Need final variables names to make sure that charts are correct in tutorial 4. Spelling, links, etc have been cleaned up
