[Development] Set up CI/CD pipeline #114

Need to set up CI/CD pipeline for the app to make sure we have basic checks for the app before deployment and then once tested, we can set up another workflow for CD on to Firebase. I'd also like the settings on the repository changed to prevent ANY commits into "main" (should include admins as well).

@sbrunswi We still need either "Maintainer" or "Admin" privileges for the Ironhacks App Repository to merge in the current pull requests
