[Examples] Implement Examples as Treatment on Nov 2nd midnight

• Nov 2nd, 2022 at midnight, examples will be shown to participants.

• summary + notebooks VS notebooks only ( examples follow treatment condition )

• Examples don't get removed and will remain throughout the hack to avoid confusion.

@sbrunswi , I wasn't able to consolidate notebook and submission into one row, as it needed to change the admin side too which can take some time, so I used our alternative solution, now results and example HCI is exactly same,
