Update content pages IronHacks blog! #1

Problem

Many pages have images with old year references (e.g. 2020). Also the videos from summer 2020 should not be used. So please review the content and make sure the content is reflecting the 2021 idea of COVID-19 Data science challenges continued

@ERThompson765 and @ybvau - I just made a significant revision of the page! Please see the last commit. https://github.com/ironhacks/ironhacks-blog/issues/1

There are still a few important fixes to be made:

1) we need to fix the image - it is too wide. 2) We need to also check the other posts as they are not ok. potentially removing the covid-19-2020 and only having the PPT. 3) we need to also make sure we get the news article from marketing linked. 4) Making the page more attractive overall.
