[ ] Add a custom view analog to menu header view
[ ] Create an adapter extending ArrayAdapter that gets the result of loading menus
[ ] Use reactive error handling to show "nothing loaded"
[ ] Is there a time-out in reactive?
[ ] Replace the menu listing with new view and adapter
[ ] Switch out the menu detail screen with reactive (split into more steps)
