Did some work #101

It would be nice if #103 would be fixed before merging. The travis builds take 2x25 minutes now. However, splitting the CI pipeline into multiple steps should be continued, including adding more "offline support" (ie. static code analysis independent of codacy, preferrable with codacy like behaviour). See #104

Build is down to 8 minutes, seems fine to merge now.
