Currently, there are some unclear parts and workarounds in the API. One unclear state is "wish list full" vs "no wishes allowed". Clarification with Mars and potential redesign. One issue may be that the moderator interface does not automatically reset for metal head (no wishes allowed but currently 4 wishes+list full).
