A complete re factorization (and largely a rewrite) of the plugin system in WILL.

Notable changes:

Plugins are not reloaded every time something is sent through the system (dramatically reducing disk usage).
Plugins are now event driven.
Plugins are, within reason, thread safe.
Plugins are significantly easier to write and none of the previous boilerplate is needed.
json plugin functionality has been maintained, but massively overhauled. They are converted to standard python plugins on load.

Wow, thanks so much for all this work! I've actually been working on a rewrite for a month or so, and this is perfect timing for this. Having finished a spacey driven nlp module yesterday, I was going to start a new plugin framework today. But this now will definitely be a crowning feature of the rewrite (along with the new android and wear apps). Thanks!
