when i visit the admin site there is a notification about No service for type 'Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.Extensibility.TelemetryConfiguration' has been registered. from Invalid configuration: settings.ps1

I do not have a settings.ps1 file

Expected behavior

no error

Actual behavior

Error   Invalid configuration: settings.ps1 No service for type 'Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.Extensibility.TelemetryConfiguration' has been registered.   5/22/2024 4:49:21 PM
