Steps to Reproduce

There are a few issues we've seen so far:

No toolbar for editing text. Key combos do work
HTML formatting is not working. It just returns plain text
Blocks do not contain text formatting like bold or underline, even though the editor shows it.

Expected behavior

All the above works

Actual behavior

It does not.
