Add-UDElement doesn't work to add children to a UDGrid container #3413

Steps to Reproduce

Using the Add-UDElement cmdlet, it's able to add children to a UDPaper element but doesn't appear to work to add children to a UDGrid container. There is no error but nothing gets added.

Expected behavior

it should add children to a udgrid container.

Actual behavior

nothing gets added.
