SecretManagement 0.2.1 causing issues

Description

Unable to use the SecretManagement 0.9.0 inside of the Dashboard. Universal imports a SecretManagement 0.2.1 module, and even if you remove this module and import the newer version, the commands stay loaded from the old version. So Get-SecretVault returns only the BuiltInLocalVault, and registering a vault fails due to parameters missing in the old cmdlets.

I am guessing the dll stays loaded for the old version.

Additional Information

Things I have tried:

Import the module with a prefix, but even doing that is causing the same errors. Get-SecretVault won't return the proper registered vaults, and registering fails due to missing parameters.
Having required version set in manifest
Removing and import the proper version during module import

Version Information

Universal: 1.5.9
Universal Hosting Method (IIS, Executable, docker etc): Executable
PowerShell: 5.1
Operating System: Windows 10

It shouldn't be since the new secret management module has been renamed.

We've updated to the new secret module in 2.6
