Unable to choose minimal environment from New Script GUI

Steps to Reproduce

On new script creation I could not choose any minimal environments. Once it is created you are then able to select it in the settings.

Expected behavior

Minimal environments should be available to select

It is not

Looks like when I go to run a script using a minimal environment it sets the Environment to Default and I cannot select my minimal environment to run on, it is not in that list either
