Create a new page. Add component. Click Save.
After pressing the save button within the designer, the screen shows the added component(s).
After pressing the save button within the designer, all the components are gone from the screen.
4.3.3 and 4.3.2. Windows Server 2022.
The designer clears all changes in the UI after pressing the save button. The changes are saved though, and will show in the code and on the live page. This happens in both 4.3.2 and 4.3.3.
