Steps to Reproduce

go to /admin/platform/publishedFolders
click `Create PublishedFolder' <<< fyi missing a space
Try to type in the form in each field

Workaround

use notepad
copy
paste
Expected behavior

lets you finish typing

Actual behavior

randomly loses focus
randomly backspaces on you
randomly misses a letter you typed
