Summary of the new feature / enhancement

As a ops person, I want a way to know what the setting is set from so that i can track down where the setting was overridden from.

Disable settings that were set at a higher level, eg (.json main, .json appdata, env var)
have tooltip to tell you where said setting was configured
if it not set by something else, show a (?) hover over to say what environment variable can set it
increases a self-documented app, reduces pressure on github doc.

This request was inspired by the Source of the License file.
