HIPPA Compliance Requires Audit Logs and we need an easier way to provide those. It's kind of possible to dig out change history via git and system logs but not really a one stop shop for change auditing.
We need:
A page to display all changes in PSU
A database table to store those changes
A way to ship those changes to a SIEM like Splunk
A way to export those changes into a consumable format (CSV etc)
