UA server stops running #125

Trying to get to the bottom of this but I left UA Desktop running for a few hours and came back. The desktop app was still running the PowerShell.exe was no longer running so the app was entirely blank.

Groomer was grooming running jobs which caused the service to crash. Fixed.
