[BUG] Always HP damage doesn't trigger Pf2e damage update in chat #47

Damage/healing given via Always HP doesn't trigger the system's damage report in chat. Running Foundry v10 build 288 with Pf2e 4.2.6, can reproduce with no modules except Always HP enabled.

Any timeline on fixing this? It's something that will come up very often on the Pf2e system. Don't mean to harass you about this. :)
