Suggestion: add a timer #11

It would be nice if there were a timer that started when the break started, so that players and GM can see how long it's been since the break started. Sometimes we'll say "let's take 5", and it's convenient for everyone to be able to see the same clock.

Added the time the breaks was started at the top of the dialog.
