[BUG] cant select breaktime play list. it shows as blank

Describe the bug when you click the drop down menu for the breaktime play lists it doesnt display the available playlists.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to play lists for breaktime in the settings
2. Click on click on drop down menu
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior i expected the drop down menu to display the available play lists.
