[BUG] "Begin Combat" always switches from Combat tab to Chat room #43

As of 11.03 when you hit "Begin Combat" in the combat tracker, it automatically switches to the chat room, even if I have "Popout Combat Dialog" set to "Do not open combat window."

Fixed in the latest release
