[BUG] Player's without owner rights can't close journal windows

Describe the bug My players can not close journal windows if they do not have the owner permission.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a journal with Monk's Enhanced Journal of type journal entry.
2. Change the rights for all players to observer.
3. Log in as player.
4. Open the journal
5. Close the journal.
6. The journal window can not be closed and an error appears.

Expected behavior The journal window should close.

Having this same issue. But for some reason, it's not effecting every journal entry. I tried to delete the entries that are having the issue and recreate them, and it's still happening. I compared the journal entries that are working to the ones that aren't, and there is no different in permissions, and they are all enhanced journal entries, and the same type of journal entry. In this case: "Places".
