Describe the solution you'd like
D&D 5e Foundry items cant have features like actors do, to compensate for this DM's and many modules exist to add macros While this solves the issues for item function it does not solve issues for item relations. like the ones seen in monks enhanced journal. for organizations and persons.
Relations for items are broken into. categories Investigative, Obtaining, History & Arcana, Effect, Crafting, Modify, & Notable items.
Tabs
Description tab - (With some small bars at the top like a Persons Details tab) Visual, weight, feel, taste, Sound.
Relationships tab) - (Rather than just having a description box include an area that a DM would use for skill check reductions based on character background, tool prof, race and such) locations, persons, & Organizations may all have item relations and its much easier to keep track of with your sys.
Additional context
just look at how messy a BLANK template is for me without a MEJ supplement.
you may have a few questions such as
Why do you have a VALUE sub category?
Items have differing value than base value depending of location such as POE or within regions.
Why do you have a WEIGHT sub category? mostly just flavor but some times it can give a player a hint that there is some thing odd about the item not specified by just a raw #.
