Describe the bug
When Monk's Enhanced Journal is active, multi-page journals start their entry numberings with 2. When not active, the same journals start at 1 as expected.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a journal with multiple pages. The first entry will start with #2.
Expected behavior
The first entry should start with #1.
