[BUG] Shops not populating from rollable table

Describe the bug Activating the 'populate from rollable table' feature in a journal shop page does not consistently work. Instead, nothing happens.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any journal shop page
2. Click on populate from rollable table
3. Enter desired settings (it does not appear to matter which settings are selected)
4. See error

Expected behavior Populate from rollable table should add the designated number of items.

• Module version: 11.11
• Are there any errors in the console: None
• Have you tried using Find the Culprit to make sure it isn't a module interaction. Not sure how to do this

Additional context This happens most of the time, but occasionally the function works as expected. I am also running this Foundry game via Forge.

Did some looking and figured out how to use Find the Culprit. the issue still persists when isolating Monk's Enhanced Journal

After some more messing around, I found it was an issue with the rollable tables themselves not loading in properly. Refreshed the tables and the issue was fixed!
