Bug: User Dropdown & Pings #4

The user dropdown list is not showing up with Pings module active.

I think this has been fixed? At least in v10 it looks correct, and MPS is only working on v10 going forward. Let me know if this is still an issue, otherwise I'll close the ticket.

I don't have Pings installed anymore to test it; not sure its an issue anymore without the need for the Pings module.
