[BUG] Player Roll Request missing for players

Describe the bug The player request option is missing from the token bar.

Expected behavior For the request button to appear on the token bar for players

Did you turn on the setting to allow players to roll?

Yes I did turn it on.

Is it supposed to appear on the token bar as the wrench or do they need to do something else?
