[BUG] When tokens not on scene, can only open one character sheet from tokenbar

Describe the bug When tokens are not on the scene, and you double left click on the characters on the token bar to open their sheets, it just opens the first characters character sheet no matter which character you click on the token bar. If I drag the tokens to the scene it opens each of their individual sheets as normal when clicking on their tokenbar image. EDIT: If I right click on a character on the tokenbar and chose edit character it will still bring up the correct sheet for each character even if tokens not on the scene.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on Show actors
2. Make sure none of the tokens are on the scene
3. Click on each in turn to try and open their sheets.

Expected behavior Would expect clicking on character a would open character a's sheet, character b would open character b's sheet and so on.

Please complete as much of the following information as possible:

• Browser chrome
• Foundry v11
• System Pathfinder2e
• Module version v11.02
• no errors in console
• no, but tried with just foundry, pf2e and monks tokenbar and nothing else and it persists.

The tooltips are displaying the proper names now, but clicking still opens the first actor sheet.
