I wish to have player make rolls based on their tool proficiencies. These are not available through Monk's Token Bar unless they have the tool in question. This means I cannot use it to request a knowledge or observation check on a proficiency they have.

The ability to request tool checks if they have the tools OR the proficiency.

I am using the dnd5e system. I am not sure if this would be applicable to other systems.
