Adds a new system document for the A5e Foundry system to provide basic support for:

Ability, skill, and saving throw requests.
Default summary information in the token bar.
Methods for XP assignment.

While adding the necessary references in the monks-tokenbar.js file, a number of missing semi-colons were also automatically added by VS Code.
