[BUG] Bulk Import, PF2 #16

An actor or item imported from a bulk export doesn't get properly imported. No errors.

There's not much I can do about this. Pathfinder 2 is being Pathfinder 2 and not really providing a way into this. At least not one I really want to try and overwrite.
