Safari 9 cannot connect to coro.ssl.openssl server. #81

Because neither SSL_CTX_set_tmp_ecdh() or SSL_CTX_set_ecdh_auto() is being called, the latest cipher suite from Safari (which is all PFS stuff) can no longer connect to shrapnel.
