Reviewing calls from one provider B, I have seen a lot of calls with -1 cost. Price ok to all.
Provider A , both cost and price ok.
This was one day that manually I put more priority (lower number) to provider B over A, because A was out replying busy to all calls.
However, now I'm simulating the cost of calls from that provider B, and is calculating fine.
No changes to rates nor plans during this days.
The only one I can observe, simulating cost from provider B, I see that the dialog is giving me a destination ( name and prefix) that isn't set to this plan from provider. Really exists but with less depth and different name
IvozProvider version:
2.11~ 2.11.1~ 20190711.2151~ 8cf11ef+artemis all

Troubleshooting
Additional Information
I have seen that provider A have more deph with prefix list (imported csv).
That day some calls were correctly rated, casually those that the prefix coincide in depth on both destination rates.
EX:
A has +3462, +34600 ( imported csv destination rates)
B has +346,+34600 ( imported csv destination rates)
In this case, B : +346xxxxxxxx rated to -1, B +34600xxxxxx rated correctly
Other hand A: all rated correctly
This is just a hypothesis, maybe it's something else that escapes me.
Perphaps all rates from provider must share same prefix deph into csv ?
