Hello, I am currently trying to write my own App just like yours just much worse. I only want to use it in private and i am trying to make it work with my led-strips/bulbs which are not listed in the irplus wave app. I am writing with java on android studio and would like to know, how I can turn a frequency (for example 0100010111010010) into sound that will be transformed into ir by an adapter. I'm very new to programming and don't think i can make it myself.

Hey, i can help you with adding your led bulbs to irplus if you provide me with the raw (or encoded) codeset. Note that many LEDs are already supported . check them out by searching for "LED" (LED lights (Group) when adding a new device. Explaining how to do this is not easily done. Check out this article: http://www.lirc.org/html/audio.html

With the app "ZazaRemote" I can scan the frequency and it shows a picture of the signal (ups and downs). I don't know if that's enough for you to recreate the signal for your app. Thing is, I have two seperate remotes and I want to have a single key to turn both of them red for example so I would have to send two signals. Both products are made by noname companies so i'm not sure if it's worth your time.

Here's the first one, the second one is not even on Amazon anymore. https://smile.amazon.de/gp/product/B07B8FPKP5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
