Fail at start: Brand #571

Repeating error of remote apps. "Add brand and model or we will not pass you."

I have the physical remote, I don't need a full remote copy in the app. I need only to add power on / off the device by reading the IR signal from the original remote. It will not pass.

Hi, i dont quite get the issue. If you have the two codes, you can just add a new config with 2 buttons and it's done. ;) But reading is not possible as there is no API. you need to have the codes already or read them with lirc to import them

What software do I need to read the IR codes and convert to numeric values? The IR blaster is able to read from original remotes.
