I own an EZCast Beam J2, and their customer support offered to sell and ship me a replacement remote for over 80$ (the entire projector, remote and cables was only 250$). They advised me to go to a repair shop and have a universal remote programmed for it way cheaper. I found the irplus app but was not able to find any codes for any of the EZCast Beam Projector remotes. Their entire product line can be found here. https://www.ezcast.com/product/ezcast/beam. Does anyone know where/how I can find codes for the remote? It's cheap thin plastic near where the battery cover ends and broke in half. The original remote still functions if I squeeze it together, the red led lights up, so it may be possible to pull the codes from it? I have an LG Velvet, will I be able to use that with irplus to scan for the functions, or does anybody have the codes or a link to them so I can add them to my app please. It doesn't seem like any of the EZCast Beam remotes have codes posted anywhere as far as I have been able to search.
